NOVEMBER 2020 SHOPPING GUIDE & FAVORITES

Firstly, shopping has been on my mind 24/7 lately. It was probably the copious amount of sales that have been taking place leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. Either way, apart from my own Holiday 2020 Shopping Guide that I have been using, I have been taking advantage of the extra savings.

PLUS SIZE FASHION, BEAUTY, ACCESSORIES, & HOME:

Tops:

  1. Black Watch Long Sleeve Bow Top from J Crew Factory: This blouse has easily become one of my favorite pieces in my closet. So much so, that I obviously had to go on and purchase it in every color available. I will say, it runs a tad bit small, so make sure to size up when purchasing.
  2. Long Sleeve Funnelneck Pullover from J Crew Factory: It’s safe to say that when I find something I love, from J Crew & J Crew Factory, I go ahead and purchase the same item in every color available. I started with the Navy Glen Plaid in this top, and obviously, you know the rest of the story. When the fit is true to size and the price is right, you know the drill.
  3. Cozy Leopard-Print Crew-Neck Sweater for Women from Old Navy: If you’re looking for the worlds most comfortable sweater, go with this crew neck top from Old Navy. Not only is it cozy, but it’s stylish and goes with jeans and leggings. I wear an XXL in this top, but they are available in sizes XS-4X – which I love! Old Navy really does kill the game when it comes to size inclusivity at the right price.

Shoes:

  1. Stewart Tartan Smoking Slippers from J Crew Factory: If you’re new to my blog, please just know that these are the pride and joy of my closet. LOL!!! In conclusion, these are probably one of my favorite, affordable pieces that I own. They speak for themselves, click here to check out how I’ve styled them. I love these so much, that I can’t even recommend another pair of shoes for this months MUST HAVE list. THE END.

Accessories:

  1. Eight Piece Irish Tweed Cap by Hanna Hats of Donegal: Let me start by telling you that when I came across this hat company, I nearly swooned myself to heaven. Do you get the picture yet? Anyways, this Ireland based company holds the key to my Harris Tweed and countryside fantasy dreams. Not only are they made with the best Irish wools, but they are hand-crafted and expertly made. Wow, I sound like the biggest fan girl ever – can you blame me? This isn’t even an affiliate link or sponsorship: just a true life obsession. I will continue to treat myself to monthly purchases of Hanna Hats for the foreseeable future. Jeffrey, if you’re reading this – Christmas is coming up and I can’t make it any easier for you!!!! Love, Sarah
  2. KASA Umbrellas 43″ Patterned Manual Super Mini Umbrella – Plaid: This was a no-brainer purchase for me. I mean, click on the link and you’ll immediately find out how and why I fell in love so hard. One Hint: TARTAN!!!
  3. Thick Knit Cozy Cabin Winter Socks: These were in October’s 2020 shopping guide, but here we are, once again! This purchase has become an auto-buy for me and it felt like another share was necessary. Plus, can you ever have enough thick, cozy, knit socks this time of year? Five pairs of warm, adorable socks for only $14 seems like a steal to me. I wear these for hiking and for fashion, making them extremely versatile. I’d definitely snag a pack if I were YOU!

Beauty:

  1. Translucent Loose Setting Powder by Laura Mercier: Okay, Peeps, if you’re into beauty products whatsoever – you’ve heard about this setting powder. I have been skeptical for years and finally decided to grab it during a Cyber Week sale and OH EM GEE!!!! I can’t even begin to tell you what I was actually thinking and why I waited so long. This stuff has been in my life for about two weeks and is already on the holy grail of beauty products list, in my book. As a victim of extremely dry skin, this product seems to be the only powder I’ve tried that doesn’t look cakey and gross. Plus, it doesn’t oxidize after hours on the go – which is a MEGA plus!!! Just do yourself a favor, and make the splurge on this one. You’ll thank me one day.
  2. Maneater Mascara by Tarte: This is another re-share from my October 2020 shopping guide, but worth the double mention. I also took advantage of Cyber Week sales and picked a few of these up for $10 a piece. YES, ONLY $10!!! Basically, my sister will be benefiting from this undeniable sale. Julianna, if you’re reading – you’re welcome! Anyways, I am an avid lover for eyelash extensions. Over the spring/summer, I suffered from horrible allergies. Basically, forcing me to remove my lash extensions. Since then, I’ve been wearing the Maneater mascara from Tarte every single day and LOVING the result. In conclusion, it has saved me hundred of dollars on the upkeep of fake lashes. This mascara is the BOMB.com!
  3. Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer and Setting Spray by MAC: I’m sure you’re getting sick of me telling you that certain products are LIFE CHANGING – but here we are once again. Just do yourself a favor and run to Ulta’s website and pick up this primer and setting spray. The End.

Home:
